AMCAS Automatically Send LOR to schools?

Just a simple question: AMCAS received my LORs. Do I need to do anything to send them onto the med schools? I've already assigned med schools. Do the med schools download the LORs at their leisure or did AMCAS just send my packet to all of them at once?

I'm assuming it takes quite a while to get from here to the point where the schools will mark my letters as received? Just want to make sure I personally do not need to take any further action..
