AMCAS coursework issue with lectures listed twice?!

I'm a little confused about this.

On my transcript, there's a combined course and grade for lab and lecture. But then, lecture is listed again! It looks something like this:

Course: BIO 101 Description: Biology I Grade: A Credits: 4.5 Hours: 6.0

Course: BIO 101L Description: BIO 101 Lecture Grade: _ Credits: 0.0 Hours: 0.0


How the hell am I supposed to enter that?

Enter both. With the zero credits for the second one.
