I have the same problem, I already submitted but I can't get back in. I already e-mailed them about it.

Really does bring back memories.

Anyone still getting this error message. I think it might have to do with those who are reapplying...Here's the message.

I'm a new applicant, haven't submitted yet, but it's working ok.

I think that it has something to do with those who have submitted.

I'm getting a bad feeling about this new AMCAS not having all the kinks worked out yet from last year, maybe even new ones they never saw coming even after fixing all the problems that came up last year. Remember that they never saw last years problems coming. I really hope all goes well.

I get the exact same error message, and I have already submitted as well. I emailed them and got an auto-response (saying they will get to it soon). I hope it doens't take too long!!!

Kirk, is this a reapplication? I'm, almost positive this may have to do with reapplicants because everyone I know who are first timers and already submitted are able to get back into it.

Also, the response you got might not be an auto-response because I sent them another e-mail and still have not gotten a response to that one. I think its because everyone is off for the weekend.

ok then, I guess its a random problem...hope it gets fixed soon because it kind of worries me.

All I know is that I will be royally pissed if I submitted early just to be delayed anyway by an AMCAS screw-up. They've already screwed up my GPA and credit hours by not having the conversions for one of my schools. They said to go ahead and submit and they would fix it. Now this?!

•ok then, I guess its a random problem...hope it gets fixed soon because it kind of worries me.•••••Yea, I am a first time applicant as well. My app worked several times after I submitted it, then it suddenly died. I don't know if I mentioned it on this thread, but the exact same time it crashed, AMCAS sent me a repeat email saying that "we received your transcript from XYZ". They had already sent me that message 2 weeks ago, and the grades from that school had already been verified on my application!

Kirk: they say that they received the grades but it would take them more than 2 weeks to verify it.
