AMCAS Questions.. Help

For minors, I do not have a a minor so the instructions say to pick "No Minor." When I scroll down on the minor menu, I cannot put down "no minor" because it is not there. What did you guys choose?

Even though I don't have an answer to the above question (I have a minor), I wanted to add another...

For people who took the MCAT last August (2001), do we have a MCAT ID # that differs from the AMCAS ID # on the top of the application? I e-mailed AMCAS about over a week ago and haven't heard back yet beyond the auto-reply.
