AMCAS Schools Attended Section

I'm gonna be abroad next year at University of Cordoba, and I wanted to know if anyone thinks its a good idea to list that in "Schools Attended" section of the AMCAS since there are no transcripts to submit yet.

Also,
anyone know anything about being abroad during the interview process? Are Ad Comm's cool about scheduling interviews at convenient times (preferably before I leave)?
