American Univ. Testing site...?

Did anyone on here take thier exam at American Univ in the room designated for the last names A-L ...it was on the first floor in the big room...well

1) the exam started 1 and half hours late

2) our proctors administered the bio section before the writing sample since the head proctor left the writing samples at home and had to run and get them while we groveled over the bio section....

3) there was blood on our exams...

4) the lights went out...

5) AND there was a girl who was barfing in a plastic bag for about 30 min straight...

not making any excuses, but I would like to know if anyone knows the policy on voiding scores after the exam taking these circumstances into consideration??? i emailed aamc but those sukas never replied back and i gotta wait till mon to call...any suggestions?

Yes, American University was the worst place to take the exam.

The proctors didnt know a thing. No one was helpful...when I arrived, the first 2 proctors I asked about what I should do didnt know a thing.

Supposedly one of the proctors forgot parts of the exams in Virginia and so the exam was delayed. We were waiting and waiting and waiting. We didnt start the exam until like around 10am. We didnt finish until 6pm. The old ladies that were proctoring our room kept making mistakes from such things as handing out the sections to fingerprinting to messing up the types of exams people had!! Yes it was a nightmare.

I didnt contact AAMC because I thought that the exams would be nullified automatically. I thought what I (and others) put in our post-exam survey would sound alarm bells. I mean even the time the exam began was ridiculous, 2 hours!!!

there was a post...about a testing site with multiple distractions ( dunno from which year). Everyone received a letter from the AAMC that was to be submitted alongside your mcat scores.
