C.tetani would be my answer.........aureus and aero are definitely most likely and ulceratum is a possibility because of the kind of lesion.

spinal accessory nerve passes through both foramina because it arises from the upper part of the spinal cord ,enter through foramen magnum through skull and then with nerves 9th and 10th it will come out from skull through jugular foramen.

Since a hemoglobin molecule has 4 oxygen-binding sites, at P50 two of the four will be bound to oxygen.
