spinal accessory nerve passes through which foramina??
jugular foramen or foramen magnum??
It passes through both.
spinal accessory nerve passes through which foramina??
jugular foramen or foramen magnum??
Spinal accessory nerve enters the skull thru foramen magnum and exits the skull thru jugular foramen.
ans for first ques-S.sanguis
it is BUM lesion, not burn lesion.....
what is BUM lesion ,will you plz clear it?
spinal accessory nerve passes through which foramina??
jugular foramen or foramen magnum??
spinal accessory nerve passes through both foramina because it arises from the upper part of the spinal cord ,enter through foramen magnum through skull and then with nerves 9th and 10th it will come out from skull through jugular foramen.

sorry, the answer to that is D. Greater than 2.
The way you figure it out is at P50=26torr and at this 2 oxygen sites on the Hb are occupied...so at 30 torr a little more than 2 will be occupied.

Because that's empirically how hemoglobin-oxygen binding works. P50 means half of the binding sites on hemoglobin are bound to oxygen. Since a hemoglobin molecule has 4 oxygen-binding sites, at P50 two of the four will be bound to oxygen. There's no way to simplify it any further; if this still doesn't make sense, you need to review this topic in a basic physiology textbook and learn the material.well!!how will we know that 2 oxygen sites r occupied at p50=26torrs?pls explain..
