C.tetani would be my answer.........aureus and aero are definitely most likely and ulceratum is a possibility because of the kind of lesion.

spinal accessory nerve passes through both foramina because it arises from the upper part of the spinal cord ,enter through foramen magnum through skull and then with nerves 9th and 10th it will come out from skull through jugular foramen.

sorry, the answer to that is D. Greater than 2.
The way you figure it out is at P50=26torr and at this 2 oxygen sites on the Hb are occupied...so at 30 torr a little more than 2 will be occupied.

The way you figure it out is at P50=26torr and at this 2 oxygen sites on the Hb are occupied...so at 30 torr a little more than 2 will be occupied.

well!!how will we know that 2 oxygen sites r occupied at p50=26torrs?pls explain..

Because that's empirically how hemoglobin-oxygen binding works. P50 means half of the binding sites on hemoglobin are bound to oxygen. Since a hemoglobin molecule has 4 oxygen-binding sites, at P50 two of the four will be bound to oxygen. There's no way to simplify it any further; if this still doesn't make sense, you need to review this topic in a basic physiology textbook and learn the material.
