Your chances are good.
Your GPA is good. Your MCAT score is not bad -- meaning you will definitely get interviews with that score.
The fact that you have an MBA will make you highly desirable, but also means you have to be very clear about why you want to go into medicine.
Please consider applying to California schools, including UCSF.
The fact that you had to work through your studies will be noted.

DO NOT RETAKE THE MCAT.
AND TURN IN YOUR APPLICATION EARLY.
Good luck!

With your stats and ethnicity: Statistically speaking, you got a 90% chance of getting in. I don't think you need to worry much.

i would interpret that chart conservatively... a 3.6 is .01 gpa points higher than the next gpa category so i would effectively look at the 3.4-3.59 gpa group. OP may have even been rounding up to 3.6
a 27 mcat is 1 point above the previous category of 24-26. id say OP's real chances are between 67% and 85%.

Thanks for your responses. Really appreciated. I am registered for 8/25 and was hoping if I took a week off work before the test, and fine tuned, I can do better. My issue with the last test was time management so I run out of time on PS and VR, and had to blindly bubble stuff in. I've been studying and working on timing but worried about a delayed application with a retake knowing the schools will hold it until the new scores come out.

Redlight, my Undergrad GPA was 3.64 and science GPA was 3.52 so I didn't round up.

UCSF, my MBA is in Health Care Administration and I'm sure I can convey why I did it.

Again, thanks for your input.

I think you are in solid shape. If you bump up your score to the 30's, you should even consider applying to a couple of "more prestigious" schools.
