Answering the questions from McMaster’s application

Guys, can anyone give me advice about answering on questions in autobiographical submission from application for undergraduate McMaster’s medical program? I would like to hear that from people who had success to be invited to interview. I’m from Croatia and I don’t have much experience about that issue.
