Will I be okay taking an antidepressant (celexa) while in medical school?
I want to make sure I'll be cognitively and functionally okay, I've been on it for 1.5 yrs now, I feel great and I don't want to come off yet due to upcoming stress about to ensue during M1, but I'm a bit apprehensive because of some slight memory impairment here and there. Any advice from current medical students would be much appreciated, thanks!

If it's working stay on it. I failed out of med school in 2008 2nd in large part to an undiagnosed anxiety problem. I now take a small dose of celexa myself and I have minimal symptoms and full cognitive ability. Been on it for 2.5 years now.

Considering the fact probably half your class will be on some sort of "medication" (pills, booze, smoking, coffee, caffeine pills etc) I think you'll do fine.

The key is recognizing if you are struggling early on, if so seek help (tutor, therapist, Psychiatrist, study buddy).
