MD Any chance at MD? And if so where?

Any possible MD school suggestions if any? I have a good DO list already

I have a 504 MCAT a ~3.5 cGPA and a ~3.3 sGPA

My residence is in Hawaii but I have ties to Arizona, Nevada, Michigan, and Arkansas

URM- Hispanic/Latino (mixed with white and asian)

~100hrs shadowing different specialties in primary care and ER
~100hrs+ clinical volunteer at an urgent car
~200hrs volunteering at a text hotline
- Started a support group for mental health during pandemic
~300 hrs as a personal tutor
~Possibly will be starting research type job in a couple weeks

Not fluently, and one side of my extended family is in Michigan and the other is in Nevada. Lived in AZ and more extended family in Arkansas.

Your state schools is possible for MD. Apply broadly to at least 12 DO schools.

I think you'll be able to get into UH if that's your state school. I know Arizona accepts out of state applicants. Nevada is only open to those that border it. For Michigan maybe Western Michgan and Oakland Beaumont. Arkansas would also be difficult without being an actual current resident of the state.
