500 hours of volunteering as a research assistant at a children's hospital
300 hours of research in a nutrition laboratory. I don't know if this matters either, but I have my name on an abstract.
will have ~100-120 hours as an emergency room scribe by the time I send in my application
~ 100-150 hours of community volunteering (nursing homes/homeless shelters)

Your GPA is fine for any DO school so the MCAT will determine where you should apply. You need at least 500 to be competitive for some schools and greater than 505 would make you competitive for most schools. Post your score here when available.
