Any DO schools that give appreciable scholarships?

When I applied, Campbell was the only school that offered a merit based scholarship. I believe it was close to half tuition. I'm not sure if they still do as they are now a well established school.

Some DO schools also have some $5000ish diversity scholarships (including 1 of the schools you mentioned), and there are also some small scholarships through the AOA. For the most part with DO schools, you are going to be paying the full tuition via student loans, your parents, military or NHS. Unfortunately, scholarships do not exactly align with the DO business model...
 
I have a friend at RowanSOM who got a small scholarship. Granted, their 71 LizzyM score might have played a role in that.
 
KCU has various scholarships. Their highest one is $10,000 (presidential scholarship), but it’s only for the first semester. I’m not sure if you get re-evaluated after that or if that’s it
