Picked up UIC Anesthesia today (11/3) via email.

Brings the total Anesthesia interviews to 8 so far:

Also picked up St Francis Transitional 11/2 via email bringing the total of TY to 4.
Pre-lim Med at 5 so far.

Question: Does anyone know how many places we should be interviewing at to make sure that we have a good shot at matching for Pre-lim years?

I plan to do about 20. ALready completed SLU, Misouri, and UMASS. Have UCONN this week. Will start to make a list of programs to cut pretty soon.

As a reply to UTSW, I'm not sure what UCSF is looking for, but I would guess maybe step 1 >240, but I'm not sure if scores are all that they look for. Please PM me for other questions, UTSW, if you want.

If anyone else has any input who has received a UCSF interview, please post them to help others out!
 
i got an interview at UCSF and my step one is 221, step 2 238. got the big axe from stanford though. 🙁
 
Got an invite from University of Chicago today. Unfortunately, they only have interview dates of Nov 11th and 16th. I, however, have interview dates on both of these days. Are these the only days available? If not, could anybody possibly switch any days?

Hey...I have heard from Emory, but not from Tulane. I am also waiting on that one...(really want it!) Has anyone heard from them? THanks

OMG!! You're still waiting?? The secretary contacted me about a week ago and confirmed my date (after I waited for 2 weeks). In fact, I e-mailed her to thank her for the date and she e-mailed right back, so I know that she's checking her inbox. You should seriously call/e-mail her again. Good luck.
