If so , what course and through what school? Any reviews of online courses taken?
I took biochem online at UNE. The rest of my prereqs were in a traditional classroom setting. Even with the one online class I got plenty of interviews/acceptances and it was never mentioned during my interviews. I'm guessing that would change if more of my pre-reqs were online.
The course was no joke. Google it for more information. There are threads on SDN discussing it.
I am not.. I know the post is asking who.. but I am 100% sure that people would say to stray away from taking pre-reqs online since in class is much harder.. and how would you do a lab?
Admissions also have an incredible amount of respect for the military. Thanks for the feedback. Due to my profession (military officer) I have to be flexible and do a good amount of the pre reqs online until my contract is over and I get out of the service. I think if I do well and explain the circumstances that it will work out.

What did you think of the course, I am about to take it. Did you use the full 16 weeks? Do you think it would be difficult for a capable student with lots of free time to finish it in 12 weeks? That's my goal, but not sure if that's realistic. Thanks
I used the full 16 weeks, but I did procrastinate a little bit and I work full time. The material is interesting but there's a lot to cover which is what makes the class so difficult. The concepts aren't hard but the volume of information is extreme. Most research I did suggested really focusing on the objectives, but even with that focus it was hard to predict what the exams would cover. My best advice is to watch the lectures and use the text to supplement any topics you're struggling with. I then rewatched the lectures at 2x speed right before the exams. I think it's doable in 12 weeks if you can dedicate most of your time to the course. Good luck!
