How does this class compare in difficulty to the year of general bio required as a prerequisite for medical school?

I originally took A&P 1/11 to apply to direct entry nursing or PA programs, but now I'm thinking of going for the MD....

I skipped gen bio and went right to A&P. If someone did well in A&P, can they expect to do well in Gen Bio?

Thanks!

I took A&P I/II as a sophomore in college and loved it (I was a physiology major). I don't really recall it being too difficult. Nor do I recall finding Bio I/II that tough either. I think you may even find yourself at a slight advantage going into Bio I, being that some of the stuff will look familiar to what you learned in Physiology. Although it's been about six years, I don't recall Bio as being one of the tougher prerequisites. I'm sure you'll do just fine. Good luck. 😉
