Any reliable source for low flow anesthesia technique?

I have wondering about low flow anesthesia and exactly nothing found when i check convantional books (e.g. Miller's, Morgan, Barash).

Is there any book which explain LFA clearly?

Only one article i have found, http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3800325/.

But it abundantly boosts Draeger. And i am not sure if it is reliable source.
