Do I have a shot? If so, which schools?

DO schools? Definitely.
MD schools? If you apply broadly, your chances are slim but you do have a shot.

For MD schools you could try U Wisconsin and Medical College Wisconsin but your best chances will be at DO schools. Apply to at least 10 DO schools. You may need a DO LOR for some schools.
I scored a 487 the first time I took it. I was dealing with family troubles and leaving the next week to leave the country for 5 months and moved out of my house that week as well. Will this affect my chances at all?

Most MD schools will average scores so your chances for MD school are low. The DO schools will also see that first score. Apply broadly to the newer DO schools including:
ACOM
ARCOM
BCOM
WCU-COM
LMU-DCOM
UP-KYCOM
WVSOM
VCOM (all 3 schools)
UIWSOM
NYIT-Arkansas
RVU-Utah
MU-COM
apply no later than July and submit your secondaries by August.

That's interesting that MD average because if you can do it once you most certainly again so in my opinion the top scores should matter the most but hey it's not up to me.

With that logic you could score a 487 again, which means you are at a high risk to fail medical school/boards. They will also question your judgement on what the hell were thinking taking/scoring that test. I wouldn't even apply MD unless the school says the only accept highest/state school. Focus on applying to as many DO schools as you can.

I had a lower GPA but a higher MCAT and I had pretty good luck with some MD schools. I also took the MCAT twice. Try UVM EVMS Drexel and Albany
