Any VA docs having to list 5 things they did last week?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
This is the general response my friends joking made to opm they found on the internet

It’s basically is ELON MUSK AI proof. The algorithm doesn’t have a clue how to interpret it. The male docs at the VA don’t give a crap about the emails
what’s funny is the military docs at the dod want to be release from their duties.

100% of the tasks and duties required of me by my position description

• 100% of the work product that my manager and I have agreed to

• 100% of the duties and performance elements that are used to evaluate my performance

• 100% of the deliverables requested of me by my direct supervisor.

• I exceeded expectations in the delivery of the above

Details available upon a formal request from my direct supervisor.

VA is really nursing run and nursing friendly. It’s the best bang for the buck for an RN to move up the ladder at the Va
Whatever...there are plenty of nursing friendly/run not for profit private hospitals that are efficient...less a nursing issue than a bloated bureaucracy one...

I'm an intermittent employee and I received the email.

I thought about smarting off, but I realized that probably a million other people could do it better than I could and that, in the end, I need the health insurance. So I wrote a bland response.
Did you try to resign? My VA friends who is already retirement age and vested. So he has nothing to lose He said his boss told him couldn’t resign (and stay home immediately)

By resigning I mean getting the free 275k to chill at the house before riding off into the sunset.

He called out sick the day after Presidents’ Day. He don’t give a F. Apparently 5 nurses called out also that same day. 4 day weekend. Score! The nurses are way worse at calling out than the docs.

That’s the VA for you.

Having spent several months rotating through my local VA during residency, I am in full support of a double-digit percentage of VA staff being fired. I've never seen employees do so little or move so slowly in my entire life.

You clearly have never taken a job with a scam partnership track with boomer super-partners. It was a fnckinh masterclass in system-mooching laziness and gross incompetence.

Agreed. The unequal partnership system with super partners who have nato voting powers. Been there. Done that.

The LMA (Lazy Mother f*cking Anesthesiologist) members are everywhere.
U can’t be lazy if u are solo doc on call nights and weekends at some VAs. No crnas

Difference between west Palm Beach VA (solo) calls and other VA in Florida and Georgia and even Puerto Rico VA

Which VA always has openings (real openings are advertised for more than 2 weeks). If it’s 2 week opening window to apply with a 2 week deadline. . Don’t bother. They just post the ad just for compliance but it’s not a real job opening.

Oh, the stories I had when I rotated through the VA 25 yrs ago. Sloths.
