Anybody recognize any pattern for how they Ask Micro and Pharm questions???

I'm studying micro and pharm a lot now. For those of you who have taken the test recently, what do they ask about micro and pharm? Do they skip big picture stuff like what its used for and MOA, and focus on stuff like side effects and what it does on an Agar plate?

My test focused on clinical presentation of bugs and appropriate treatments for them. Pharm was mostly side effects with a few questions on MOA. I did sketchy and I did fine on those sections

It's very easy to test side effects and mechanism in the same question, so both are important to know

I'll try to learn side effects the best I can, but thats a lot of **** to try to memorize.
