Anyone else didn't send LOR's before interview?

I just interviewed at DMU today, and it was great. However, my LOR's are not yet submitted (2 pods completed, all 3 professors still busy), and strangely the interviewers did not ask me about them. Was anyone in the same boat, now or previously, and what did the schools have to say about it?

2 of the 3 interviews I went to did not have my letters at the time of interview thanks to the advisor who dropped the ball at my school. Got accepted to one before they received them. Lol
