I don't ride every week anymore because i moved to philly ,but i'll be doing the friday overnight at bay shore brightwaters rescue ambulance. I'll be seeing my friend that i was talking about friday afternoon after my stony brook interview. It's going to be a craaaazy weekend, with lots of celebrating.

Ive received a few DO interviews and an MD interview and was accepted to a couple DO school but waitlisted at my only MD school that I interviewed at. Since that, I havent received any interviews. 🙁

see fellow "hiatus" watchers, the best value of this thread is to see when one of our own gets an interview (or interviewS). didn't i just read a hiatus dude just got interviews at Harvard and Yale.

isn't that great news for all of us who thought our interview offers were over. THEY'RE NOT!! keep the faith.

Haha i waited and waited for that gmail-inbox (1) from nyu and i just don't forsee it happening for me...however, what i do think we should do is start a small army of worthy candidates to storm the admissions office and convince them to interview us there and then. You with me?

haha, do you guys have gmail notifier? the little mail sign turns from white to blue when you have new mail so you don't have to keep a gmail window open. as immediate as it is i still find that i have to compulsively refresh the mail sign just in case it's no longer logged in or something...🙄 really, it's tragic 🙁

In fact i don't have this notifier, and need to figure out exactly what it is right now. At one point i was trying to do the filter and send to your phone thign, but i just couldn't get it. Now i've calmed down a lot. In fact, i probably wouldn't even keep my gmail inbox open all day if it weren't for working on the computer most of the day anyway, and also google chat. Okay that's a lie, i doubt i'll calm down that much before the month of April. BUT, i really do use gmail a lot more now for the chat than for med school stuff (and i'm only partially lying) because i have a huge crush and i talk to the person all day while i'm at work haha.
