Haha awww I didn't realize how depressed my post sounded. I'm still hopeful in general, it's just that after a dream like that it makes me wish more 🙂 Thanks for the support though. I frequent SDN right now because I'm still finishing up apps and all of the other crazy premeds kind of fuel my procrastinating self into writing essays. Just got number 23 done today.... one more and then I'll be strictly in the neurotic waiting category.

I know I shouldn't complain because I took the August MCATs and scores have only been out for about a week.... but everyone else i know has been interviewing for months and already has acceptances 🙁 someone tell me i'll get an interview soon....

I am sorry but an interview is an interview...rejected or otherwise. And the guidebook for no interviews clearly states that in order to be a member, NO INTERVIEWS.

I made caramel fudge brownies last night and they were SOooo good! Wish I could have shared them with all of you. I even added extra chocolate chips to the batter. yummie.

Anyways, I am a re-applicant- no interviews last year and none so far this year. I am doing a biomed master's now and I'll be taking gross anatomy with the Miami/FAU med students this spring and summer. We'll see. I know it's early in the season, but it seems like every single day I ask myself what I could possibly do to get schools to notice me. I am a pro-active person and this is driving me nuts!

Yeah, ok so I've already started applying to various masters programs in case I don't get in. Anyone else doing that? I'm looking at Gtown's, BUs, and Dartmouth's - all of them have "special masters" or something like that programs where you basically get to take classes with the med school students, and if you do well enough, then you can just go to their med school, or reapply to all of them. One of my friends is in the ones at Gtown and says it's good....
Thoughts? Questions? Exclamations? Ejaculations? Emoticons?

Don't worry...all the schools I applied to seems so have taken a vow of silence. And a select couple schools are treating me like a leper and won't even asnwer my e-mails.
