Has anyone successfully gained instate status at VCU even though they got in as an out of stater?
I have been talking to the main "residency lady" there and she seems to hint that it is possible but it sounds pretty difficult unless you have lived there for 12 months prior or have a spouse that supports you by more than 50% (including tuition..
).
Im wondering if anyone got it after a year of school or just applied and were successful bec. my spouse is a VA resident but won't be able to pay over 50% of my support unless she gets some ridiculously good paying job.
