Got my fiddy cent 2 years running
Walmart did keep their bonus system for FY2020 but not a peep for FY2021
I got my 0.69% raise this year.
What state?Three letter, no raise. ME rating. My wife also with 3 letter, no raise even at $55/hour.
$55?? What year did she graduate? And what state?Three letter, no raise. ME rating. My wife also with 3 letter, no raise even at $55/hour.
Yep 1.6% (i think?) federal raise across the board in January, plus I had my step increase in March. Not a huge amount but still something. My step increases are every 2 years though.
Where do you work?Standard ~3% cost of living adjustment, we get that (almost) every year

I can’t share details, but both hours and dollars per hour were cut. What was the pay cut? Hours cur or actual dollar paycut?

Are people still getting raises?
Our company hasn't given raises or bonuses in two years. I've considered asking for one but I know I'm easily replaceable by a cheap new grad.

It’s not retail. I’m not sharing for personal privacy. It’s across the board though; not just me.I am confused by this. You can't say what company? You can't give any details? So its secret. Does anyone else in the company you work for knows about this just you? Troll?
So far there is an end date given, after which rates are expected to go back to what they were prior.Ouch, dollars per hour cut? That might be permanent.

This would be the longest and most boring con ever for a troll post.
I appreciate the thoughts. I’ll be ok though. I’ll have to make some adjustments but ultimately it could be worse than this, for sure. Hey, at least I’m not on a vent with Covid, right?Sorry man, that's extra rough. Best of luck

Are you serious???!!!! LolNice that's about $1,000 extra per year!
You can’t always justify how you’re doing by comparing yourself to rock bottom.I appreciate the thoughts. I’ll be ok though. I’ll have to make some adjustments but ultimately it could be worse than this, for sure. Hey, at least I’m not on a vent with Covid, right?
Well, no, but I’m actually doing better than a lot of other people. Not having Covid is a big bonus though! You can’t always justify how you’re doing by comparing yourself to rock bottom.

Doesn't beat inflation but it's better than nothing
On an unrelated note, I'm getting push notifications every time some one posts in basically any thread. I can't figure out how to change the setting for tapatalk.... anyone know how ?

As much as I’d love a raise right now, I’d be happy just to keep my job...
where do you work?
I got nada for the third year in a row.
I'm guessing you mean paycut.that is a 8% payout.
then you probably make a lot to begin with. I would rather the raises be given to techs than high earning pharmacists making 100k plus and still complaining that is not enough....I got nada for the third year in a row.
I'm fine with that. As long as they give me a "raise" consummate with inflation. A pharmacist getting a 2% raise isn't really a raise. Each time I don't get a raise, they are effectively cutting my pay.then you probably make a lot to begin with. I would rather the raises be given to techs than high earning pharmacists making 100k plus and still complaining that is not enough....
