Just wondering if any of you guys have received your scores for Step 2 ck on line yet. I took my exam on Aug 11 so I was hoping to get the scores soon.

Does anyone know if the oasis trick works for CK?😀

I got my scores online about a week and a half ago...I took the exam on July 30th. You'll probably get yours soon. best of luck!

Mine was there when I woke up at 6:00 am on Wednesday morning exactly 4 weeks after taking the exam

No score today 🙁. It's been about 3.5 weeks, lots of ppl seem to have gotten their earlier. Not fair!

Took mine 8/10 and was expecting to get it today...but I didn't. However people I go to school with that took it on 8/15 (at the same site) got their scores today. And people on here that took it two days before me got their scores a week ago. Any other people that took it 8/10 have this happen??

took mine 8/11, heard rumors of the scores being posted at midnight so feverishly waited up last night to check...no go. All this online, early gratification junk (ERAS included), really brings out the OCD in me.

I took mine 8/11 as well. Where did you hear these rumors?

Took mine 8/10, didn't get it today either. Did you guys read on the USMLE website that because of a change in test item pool, we would get our scores on the 17th? This sucks, I took it on that date to get it exactly today. Oh well.

Sucks to be us:

Normal score reporting for Step 2 Clinical Knowledge (CK) usually occurs in 3-4 weeks. However, because of necessary modifications to the test item pool, it will be necessary to delay the reporting of scores of some examinees for an additional 3-4 weeks beyond the normal turnaround period. The target date for reporting Step 2 CK scores for most examinees testing from August 3 through late August will be Wednesday, September 19, 2007. It is possible that scores will be available earlier than this date; please check this website for updates.

Anyone take there exam on 8/11 get there results yet. If so how did they do it. Do they just send you an email and then link you to the site?

Yea thats the website. They will send you an email to the address you have on the site. Its the same site you use to register.

Do you guys know if the actual email itself has your score on it or if you have to log in to a different site in order to get your score and the email just says "your score is available"? I just don't want to be surprised and would rather know what to expect, as I am freaking out just thinking of getting my score!

anyone think the scores will be posted at midnight Tuesday night? I need to get this score so I can stop obsessing over it. 🙄

i'm leaving for 3 weeks Wed, over the atlantic with little internet for those three weeks, and definitely no mail. my score should come while i'm gone. how do you access the score online?

If I say I doubt it, then maybe it will happen? 🙂 I know even though Sept 19th is a week away, I'll still be checking tonight.

Nope. I took it 8/21 (later than most on this post) and I haven't heard anything. Others at my school took it and got their reports w/i 3 weeks, and of course, I haven't. Frustrating.

Are scores always released on a Wednesday or may we get something between now and the 19th?

As I understand it, if you click the "Check exam status," you will see your Step 1 row all filled in with score report date etc. The Step 2 row currently has an empty box at the end with score report date. This box should then magically be filled with the date and a link to view the score report.

Took it 8/14 and getting tired of checking every Wed if I got my results. Is it definitely the 19th we're getting it or is that even a question?

Ok, well based on my creepy stalker-like checking of the NBME website, I noticed that today the link to print my scheduling permit has disappeared. So . . hopefully scores soon?

Hey guys,
So I was wondering if anyone else had this happen to them. I took CK on 8/13, and I got an email from NBME early last week which had a 2 page attachment - a letter saying basically that the multimedia questions on the exam may not have worked properly (which they didn't, my computer froze), and then the 2nd page had 2 options listed: 1) retake the exam at no extra charge 2) keep your score as is. And they told me my score "if I chose to accept it." The scores are still not on the NBME site though. I have already sent in the document accepting my score, but I was just wondering if this happened with other people who took the exam in that time frame.

why can't they throw out those questions and just recalculate...geezus.

That didn't happen to me, but it did happen to a guy in my class who took it the same day I did (8/10). His computer froze on him as well. My computer never froze during the video clips.

Interesting observation - my link to the permit disappeared today also. Looks like I'll plan to stay up late tomorrow.

Wow, that's pretty lame, those two options. They should really throw them out as said above and just calculate as if there were fewer Q's. At least they tell you the score first, I suppose they could be real turd-nozzles and make you choose retake vs. "the score behind door #1!!"

Yea that would be scary! But actually it was really funny because they said, even if you choose to retake, we do not guarantee that it won't happen again. And they said if you choose to accept, we will count all answered and unanswered questions. Where's the logic in all that? Anyway, I am glad it's over and had a good outcome nonetheless.

I took Step 2 CK 8/24. Wonder what my chances are that I'll get my scores tomorrow? Anyone else take it during that time frame?

i took it 8/28, the wait is killing me already! i wonder if they'll show up automatically online at 12:01am wednesday or if it will be sometime during the day tomorrow. regardless, tomorrow should be the day for us according to their web site.

Yeah I took it 8/23. I'm hoping tomorrow will be the day. The site says tests through "late August" have a target date of tomorrow, so . . . I figure that would be it?

I took it 8/22, tomorrow will be exactly four weeks. Here's hoping it's tomorrow, and that we all did spectacular. 🙂

After waiting for over a month- my score is in. I passed and it's over- sweet. Took the exam on 08/11- score was in at 12:07 am just now when I checked.
