Anyone heard/participated in PCLP/PASP?

PCLP= Primary Care Leadership Program
PASP= Paul Ambrose Scholars Program

Has anyone participated or heard anything about these programs? Just curious about what people's opinions on these programs in terms of fruitfulness.

I knew a student at my school who got the Paul Ambrose scholarship a couple years ago. They did this project on wellbeing or something like that with the students. I really have no other idea about it, other than being made to do a survey to help out. You have to submit a research proposal or something like that.
