Ha ha. The picture on the website of the hand holding a 10 blade is holding it incorrectly.

I know, I know... I'm a child, but it was amusing nontheless.
 
I think that fairly common for osteopathic residencies unfortunately.

Actually if you were to look at most DO General surgery residencies, you would find that it is fairly uncommon. Most programs take 2-3 residents per year.

JPH looks like he'd practiced for that photo session. Slight head tilt, raised brow. Look tough, but not angry. Bit of a smile, but not enough to make it obvious. Yep, I'm a surgeon alright. BOO YA.
