I am a huge fan of the dual action disclosing tablets if you have a parent/caregiver who is motivated. Use the red ones for plaque less than 24 hours old and the purple ones for more chronic plaque problems. Do the demo with both parent and child present. It is a pretty useful tool for reinforcing effective OHI in my extremely limited experience.
