Hi guys,
So I ran into this problem again. My advisor just pointed out that I only have 4 actual physics credits, and some schools will not accept my AP physics credits.
Has this been an issue for you guys that have applied? I'm a bioengineering major so I really hope some engineering classes can make up for the physics requirements. Is there some flexibility?
Thanks!

I'm not sure if some schools might offer more flexibility, but I know that some of the ones I applied to don't. They need those specific physics classes and don't accept AP credit. This happened to me where I had to retake 10 credits of physics that I already had AP credit for.

The more mundane question is whether or not the university where you plan to pursue your bioengineering will accept your AP physics.

This will tell you which schools do/don't accept AP

Call the admissions counselors at the schools in which you are interested. Doing this saved me from taking a second semester of English (even though the school's website said AP would not be accepted).
