Didn't see a thread for part 3 yet. Honestly, you can't pay me to care for this exam, just passively flipping through Quizlet at this point.

Oh man, that was something. Not harder than part 1, not easier than part 2. Oddly calm, but also nervous deep down inside. I think it’s just high time we finally graduate.
Honestly that's how I feel too, except for the calmness. Its all nerves, especially when I find out the day before graduation. But you are right, I'm ready to be done with school forever!

I don't know if anyone feels this either, but I felt that if I was a resident, I would have felt better coming out of that exam.

It’s more of like an “I’m so over this” feeling, that I’ve become numb to the nerves of this exam. But I’m just hopeful that all the talk about it being a 98-99% pass rate is actually true. Didn’t study as much as I should’ve :|

Maybe some prior years test takers want to give an input?

when i took the test i cried the whole time. never have taken a harder exam. kids actually left the building crying.

For what it’s worth since there isn’t a lot of feedback on here:

I took it last week as a resident. Don’t think it really helped besides some questions. Probably flagged 40-50 questions. Some questions were very easy and expected, some moderate, and a lot of questions were super obscure and random either you know it or you don’t random trivia. Sincerely thought it was difficult and most of the questions I was narrowing it down to 2 choices and choosing what sounded better.

Thought it was an awful exam and have no clue how I did.
I studied maybe 3 week total for APMLE 1+2 combined and passed first time annd never thought about it again. But this exam I legit worried about more for whatever reason. I really didn’t like it and the meazure testing services are atrocious (atleast where I took it).

Wondering how everyone else felt…

Felt the same when I took it last year as a resident.
Couldn't tell if I passed. Walked out thinking I failed.
Passed somehow.

Felt the same way. Took the exam Thursday as well. Lot of very easy questions that you could answer without even finishing reading the question. Then there were quite a few questions where two answers seemed very logical and I couldn’t tell what seemed like the better “board answer” even though both choices could make sense. Then there were questions that I couldn’t believe they were asking cause it felt like random trivia that no amount of studying would’ve helped. Overall, it was super easy when it was easy and then a combo of can’t decide between two choices or wtf. Way more anesthesia than I expected. I feel more unsure about this than I did leaving part 2. But everybody seems to feel that way based on previous years threads. Gonna trust the supposed 98-99% pass rate claim and hope for the best

There were questions I remembered after the exam and there were 2 legitimate confirmed answers than were correct.

I think I get more paranoid just knowing how meazure recently messed up the scoring and administration recently with Part 2+1 recently. NBMPE should go back to prometric with no excuses but that’s a topic for a different thread.
