Is there any way to appeal a rejection after an interview?

The simple answer is no. Unless you felt there was some issue of bias or discrimination against you.

Unless they brought up something inappropriate during the interview don't bother.

They don't want you, move on.

Even that would be difficult to prove. And anyways, if they did discriminate so blatantly against you, why would you want to go there?

I've never heard of this before. Is there even a precedent outside of racial/gender discrimination? Even if such a thing happened, don't they usually recommend saying something the day of the interview rather than some drawn out legal process? Appeals just don't sound like the kind of thing that happens.
