APPIC email change middle of apps?

Hi all, I had a quick question regarding changing my email on the appi portal as well as my NMS login from my university email to a gmail account.

Would it create issues for the previous sites I’ve applied to with my university email if I did that? I thought my gmail would be simpler to use (it’s short and has my name) and I should have done it earlier on 😕 If anyone has thoughts or knowledge about this it would be appreciated!

Personally, I wouldn't change it midstream. May run the risk of things not being updated in a timely manner, or other admin issues. As long as you still have access to your university email, I'd stick with that.

Don't change it if you don't have to. It's the second year with this portal and many things have already been challenging on the internship site side. I wouldn't trust that a midstream change wouldn't have unintended (negative) consequences.
