My application for pharmacist license transfer by reciprocity to Georgia was recently denied by the Georgia Board of Pharmacy. My denial letter stated that I have 30 days to request an appearance before the board to discuss the denial.
Does anyone have any experience with this process? Is it worth my time to travel to Georgia to appear before the board, if I am just going to be told no?
The reason for my denial was due to sanction(s) on an intern license (over 5 years ago), that did not prevent me from being licensed initially.
Was hoping anyone has experience with a situation like this before I replied to the denial letter.
Thanks!
