Application going out Friday, Taking DAT Jul 28

Hey!

My app is going out in 3rd batch this Friday. Do I call schools to tell them I am taking my DAT on Jul 28? Also, can I wait to do secondaries until after I take the exam, or will that be too long of a gap?

You don't need to call them, you listed the date you're taking it in your app, correct? I would probably get the secondaries done earlier rather than later especially if they say to get them in near the time you submitted. If you really need/want to wait, it probably won't be that big of a problem. I waited a couple of weeks for one of the longer secondaries I received and it didn't seem to be a big issue.

Yes, I put down Jul 2014 as "Future Test Date". Alright, cool. I'll work on as many secondaries as I can simultaneously without hurting any of my studying. Thanks for help!
