Applying Early

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
When do most colleges begin to except AASDAS applications? I have checked a few colleges but they all seem to be a bit different.

"The 2014 ADEA AADSAS application will launch on June 3, 2013. The first day to create and submit an application for the 2014 ADEA AADSAS application cycle will be June 3, 2013. Please do not submit any materials to ADEA AADSAS prior to June 3, 2013."

I saw that but I assumed it was for the portal not the schools ACTUALLY accepting applications.

Is there any way to ACTUALLY send your application that early? Doesn't the AASDAS take a while to process DAT's, LOR's from Interfolio, Transcripts, etc?

If I process my transcripts now, will they show up on automatically on the 2014 AASDAS?

That's how AADSAS works, I don't think there's any way to get around the time frame they have. Yes, the earliest day anyone can submit anything is June 3rd, so the "first batch" of applicants don't actually have their whole application to the schools for 3-4 weeks.
If you know how long it takes for your transcripts to be sent, you can send them a few days or something before June 3rd so that they'll arrive there on that day or a few days later, but not now since they won't accept anything until June 3rd. Hope that made sense 🙂

You can't get the transcript matching form till AADSAS opens though.
