Applying to both michigan state medical schools

Hello, apologies if I am overthinking this, but I am currently preparing my medical school applications, and was wondering if it would seem like a red flag if I applied to both the MD and DO medical schools at Michigan State. Would these schools know that I am applying to both and think I am unenthusiastic about either the MD or DO degree?

Just scanning posts that have gone back over 10 years, don't be discouraged. People have applied to both and have gotten accepted to both.
