I am wondering if specialty programs look at your undergraduate GPA when you apply or if they only look at your dental school marks.

OMFS certainly does. Specifically those associated with so-called "prestigious" medical schools.

They all look at it. It's a matter of how much emphasis they place on it. Academia places emphasis on school rep.
