Are there any dentists/applicants/dental students that have checked yes on the "have you been convicted of misdemeanor or summary offense" What was your experience in regards to all of that?

Did you mark no because it was expunged, what was your experience with that?

Thanks so much you guys!

Feel free to send me a private message if you would prefer. I appreciate the help!

No personal experience but with anything, they want to see growth and improved morals. I have to check how the question is written on the app but I am pretty sure you have to include everything in the past even if it was expunged. for most things it is not a deal breaker but may make it harder for an acceptance and need to practice good responses in interviews.

Mine was expunged so I never mentioned it. A few schools have secondaries that will ask about even expunged charges too but I think it's rare
