Did you guys/gals feel like the scored practice exam was on par with the actual exam in terms of difficulty? Also, how was your actual score compared to the practice exam score?

Here is my experience. Scored AAMC taken 6 days before April 1.
125/124/127/127 -503 (taken in a distracting environment)

Real thing:
128/123/130/126 -507 (nice testing conditions) my verbal on the Sample was 81% on CARS, taken in early March and EK 4&3 approx 65-70% CARS. I was shocked at both the 124 and the 123.
I felt the verbal on the real thing was easy, but my score was low! I felt c/p was hard, I did well. You just never know. Scores and perceptions of how hard it was don't correlate. I feel like I could have pulled a 127 on CARS after I walked out. Shocked at 123. My timing was down perfect.

Practice taken 1 week before:
512 || 128/130/128/126

Real test:
516 || 127/130/129/130

I thought it was fairly similar difficulty. There was more content in the CP section that I just didn't know. I thought the social science section had a bit more "critical thinking" than the practice, so wouldn't be surprised if people's CARS and social science sections correlate loosely. That made that section seem easier to me.

I was very pleasantly surprised with my score. I had only started studying from late January, and only during odd hours before or after work so I really wasn't expecting to do so well. But I scored a 515 (129 Chem/Physical, 128 CARS, 128 Bio/Biochem, and 130 Psych/Soc) on the AAMC practice exam taken just a few days before the exam (that was the only practice exam that I had the chance to take.. that's how short I was on time). Then on the actual exam I even more surprisingly did very well and scored a 521 (131 Chem/Physical, 130 CARS, 129 Bio/Biochem, and 131 Psych/Soc).

Personally felt the practice exam was a little more difficult (more vague wordings in answer choices, etc.) than the real one.
