Hi all,

Just curious, are all staff, faculty and residents advised to keep quiet about upcoming matches? Ie, their rank order list, or if they know things about the match?

Yes. In general, anyone involved in rank meetings is supposed to keep that info to themselves. (like Vegas) - what happens in that rooms, stays in that room.
