are the review boards for hpsp scholarships for air force navy and army connected? for instance, forr people applying to all three, will each branch know if theyre applying to the others? and does this apply for the medical review boards, like will army be able to see navy's applicant's health history/med forms the applicant submitted and physical information? or is it protected by hippaa

I'm not so sure the answer is no. I remember when I applied that there was a box pre checked for me to apply for the AF and the Navy. When I asked about it, because I didn't want to join the AF, they told me that they "share" sometimes when one branch has filled its quota and another branch is hurting. They told me to just scratch off the AF check and initial/date it.
