Are these okay topics to use for diversity and challenge/adversity prompts?

So I have started writing a few secondaries and before I continue I want to just check if these topics are good to use for the diversity and challenge/adversity prompt.

So for diversity I am planning to talk about being a Division 1 athlete for a highly ranked program.

For challenge/adversity I am planning to discuss losing three family members including my father in less than a year. I know for this one I am going to really focus on the growth that came from enduring this and how although I was knocked down for those years, I have comeback stronger than I was before.

1. I think this one could go good or bad, you really need to talk about it in terms of which experiences you've had gave you diverse experiences that you can contribute.

2. I think second is good!
