Please excuse my ignorance but I tried searching the forum with little success. Any help is much appreciated.

What is the general process of how the Army residency match program?

What happens if you do not match into an Army residency slot? Does the Army force you to do a GMO tour or do you apply for a civilian residency first?

Where can I find the results of the most recent years Army match program results (I am primarily looking for statistics similar to what is published by the NRMP)?

I noticed that the Army has both 3 and 4 year EM programs. Does anyone have a list of which hosiptals offer which type of program?

That's the link to the FYGME 13 letter of instruction, which will hopefully answer many of your questions.

If you don't match into a residency, then you'll be assigned an internship - usually a transitional year. You can reapply during internship for a residency spot beginning the next summer. If you don't match again, then it's off to GMO land.

I can't figure out how to upload the file (getting an error message), but if you google "2012 army match results" you'll find a thread from this website that links you to a powerpoint including the match results from December 2011. I haven't seen the results from this past match, but I'm sure it's out there somewhere.
