-Can you make money by answering people’s questions online as a licensed dentist? Like a site where people chat questions to you as a dentist.
-If these aren’t virtual appointments and you aren’t diagnosing/prescribing and you are just answering general questions people have, does this need to be be covered by malpractice?

My understanding: If you have to be a licensed dentist for something, you have to have malpractice to cover your rear if something goes sideways.

Frankly, online medicine ain’t there folks. Online dentistry? Forget it. But hey, I’m old school.

If you’re not diagnosing or prescribing, what are you answering? Your for everything is going to be “you should be seen by a dentist”. Why would people pay for that?

Sounds like a liability nightmare. There’s a reason lawyers and financial guys end every paragraph with “But that’s not legal/financial advice, and you should consult with an expert”
