Currently, I have three strong LORs from professors I have known for more than a year. My chemistry professor I have known for 2 years because I have taken two semesters of P. Chem. In my application, the letters are listed as complete. I am applying to a rolling school and two non-rolling school.
What I am not sure about is if I should try and get a pharmacist to write me an LOR. I am currently volunteering at an inpatient hospital pharmacy and have only been there for about three weeks. There are like 4-5 female pharmacists but none of them really oversee what I am doing. An office coordinator gives me tasks such as stocking meds and labeling. Should I ask the office coordinator in the pharmacy if I could shadow one of the pharmacist? Or should I just rest on the LORs which are complete and not ask the pharmacist for an LOR because it will probably arrive much later to the rolling school and will probably hold my application until it is received? I am confused on what should be done. Your input will be greatly appreciated.
