I'm sending my transcript online and i don't see anywhere to upload the paper, it just tells me to put the ADEA AADSAS ID and the transcript ID number, is this ok?
Also tells me this

some recipients require that you include additional information pages ("Attachments") with your transcript when it is sent to them. Any transcript order with an Attachment is currently limited to a single recipient.
Since we already know this recipient requires an attachment, we have automatically checked the box below.



We will automatically generate an attachment containing your Application Service ID
 
Would a Certificate in Business Management fall under Academic Enrichment program or Awards / honors?
 
How would you enter full year courses in respect to fall/winter semesters given that they are throughout both semesters? On my transcript, full year courses show as 'IPR - In Progress' in the fall, and the final grade/credits are shown in the winter semester.

Does anyone know how I would input this?

I had the same problem. I asked this two pages ago. It also only allows electronic submission. Did you have problems with entering the numbers under the barcode? It wouldn't allow me to enter any other letter than a T before the seven digits.

I went ahead and let them generate their own attachment. I got so frustrated with it. I assumed they would figure it out.
 
Am I missing something or does AADSAS only ask for majors, not minors ?

Q: What happens if I do not forward the Transcript Matching Form to the registrar's office to attach to my transcripts?

A: Official transcripts sent without the appropriate Transcript Matching Form may result in the delay of your application.

So they will process it. It will just take longer.
 
If you take a course and withdraw from it ('W' on transcript) and then retake the same course, does that count as a repeated course?
 
For the schools that want you to pay their supplemental fees after submitting the AADSAS, is that immediately after you hit the e-submit button? Also, Penn already has a secondary application you can download. I'm assuming I would need to complete that right after I e-submit? How long should the responses be to their supplementary questions?
 
For re-applicants, we have to list all the schools we applied to in the past according to the AADSAS application. But what if we were never accepted/enrolled anywhere, why would it matter? I don't know how I feel about listing all the schools I applied to because I applied to a lot. What are you guys going to do/recommend?

I would not lie or withhold any information on my application
 
Reapplicant from last year here. Do i need to resubmit my transcripts? When I click transcripts it says it was already received with the date of last year listed....There is no update on my transcript from last year so should I resubmit one again this year???

It doesn't have to be immediately after. I'd even go as far as saying you should wait a few days so things start processing into the schools' systems. As for supplemental essays in general, most have a word limit. Penn's essays should be taken very seriously, but don't write 4 pages.

no it doesn't> but the adcoms will be able to see you had WV

Got a ballpark for how long the responses should be? Also I noticed their first question wanted applicants to discuss dental experiences that are not already on the AADSAS app. But that makes no sense as I have every dental experience since college on my app lol. I'm confused.

No, I said to take them very seriously! You don't need to answer that question if you don't want to (say all experiences are listed in your app), but the others should be 2 or 3 solid paragraphs.

I edited my response shortly after posted because I misread your post. I'm sorry. At first I was like, "they really they don't take them seriously??" so I went back and read your post again and I facepalmed. I apologize. Been a rough 24 hours.

Has your education ever been interrupted or affected adversely for reasons other than deficiencies in conduct or academic performance?

Should I describe the reason for my two gap years (medical issues) I was able to graduate but I did have to take alot of extra time before applying for dental school.
 
On the FAP financial aid form it asks for 2014-2015 financial aid. Does anybody know if this is correct or if it's supposed to be 2015-2016? I don't understand why they wouldn't want the most recent Fafsa/award information. Thanks!
 
We can send the transcripts electronically right? because that's the only option i have.

If the medical issues were during your education, then definitely. If it was after, I'd say you can if you'd like to but you probably don't have to.
 
I did Calc I at one college for three credits. My next university wanted four credits so I had to redo it there. Does this count as a repeated course?
Is a course considered repeated only if both have the same name and credits?
 
Does being a TA for a class count as academic enrichment or extracurricular?

Is your DAT score supposed show or just the date of when you took the exam and when AADSAS received it?

Probably extracurricular unless you did it for credit, in which case it'd be on your transcript as a class.

It only shows the date and when it's received. No score. Once you e-submit, your score will show on the PDF if you click the binoculars
 
Hi there, I just wanted to clarify some things. I withdrew from a course (W), not due to failing, and then took it the next term. Shall I classify this as a "repeated course"? Also, I saw an old forum that says a W will be calculated as an F, but in my application, AADSAS just claimed "none" as the grade. Help please?
 
So confused about supplementals. I paid the three that were required immediately. But, will the 11 other schools I applied to require me to pay their fees too before they even review my application? They just said await an admissions representative to contact me.

So I guess t questions is: will I end up paying supplemental fees for all 14 schools before I get an interview?

Yes. You will NOT get an interview invite without paying the supplemental. It's their fee to process your application.

I honestly can't decide what I enjoyed more. Paying the supplemental and then getting almost immediately rejected or paying the supplemental and then not hearing anything for 10 months.

I'd like to think it's a fee to feed you on interview day and pay for the stuff they give you. That's why I ate a ton of food at the interviews I went to and took all the promo stuff I could. Had to make up for the places I paid who rejected me 🙂

I took every free pen that I could find.

PSA: The LECOM pens were trash. They constantly get stuck and wouldn't close properly. My students wouldn't even use them. I recently threw my stash away.

VCU had an entire "activities fair" dedicated to giving out free stuff to interviewees. I got so much. So worth it.

PSA: Apply to VCU, people. The interview day is sweet

I took pen too, cause I'm a penoholic (is it even a word?)
But I'm super picky about pen. So I end up disliking the one I took most of the time.

Up to you. As long as you have your AADSAS id number you can probably send checks to the school
