ASRM or Speroff for Boards?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
I am assuming you are speaking of OB/GYN written or oral boards.
Both sources are good (I prefer Speroff) however, way too much detail.. I personally would be reviewing PRECIS or PROLOG for REI material........

Better yet study materials from a board review course such as ABC, Columbus, ExamPro, Osler, Walls

What do you think Global?

I would hit Precis and Prologs if you're just studying for the written portion. For the orals, the above and course material will suffice, but you may need a more thorough reference on some topics (i.e. puberty, amenorrhea), in which case you should use Speroff. I can tell you from personal experience (9 fellows at my institution took the orals with me last year), none of us used ASRM (just an observation).

Good luck!
