attend SMDEP or take Biochemistry over summer?

Hey everyone,

I got accepted into a six-week predental program called SMDEP over the summer. I don't know what would look better on a dental school application, going to this program or taking Biochemistry over the summer (at a junior college). What do you guys think? Thanks

Hmm im faced with the same decision! Except my dilemma is chemistry. After talking to some people on here and previous program participants they said SMDEP. I hear its a great opportunity that shouldnt be missed so im heading there! I think you should too, you can take biochem in the fall! dont miss out...

I also think you should attend the SMDEP. Programs like those are extremely beneficial. You will learn tons of information from official sources so you won't have to guess the answers or get opinions on SDN. The program will also serve as a great networking opportunity.
